Mr. Chairman,

I’m glad to consistently be here exercising my freedom of speech regarding public policy issues affecting Pinal County residents

Responding to challenges facing public education, housing, health, social security, veterans, and the economy, and our country’s original sin of racism.

Responding not against a political party, but against the insanity emanating from the convicted felon sitting in the White House.

Responding to a lawless President who says, “I don’t know” when asked if he must uphold the Constitution.

Yes, Donald Trump you took an oath to uphold and defend our Constitution.

Dialogue that’s badly needed as fellow Pinal County residents consider the burden of incorporating a major community that faces uncertainty of shared revenues being frozen, of an economy facing a possible recession.

These uncertain times call for all elected officeholders to know and affirm that they indeed must obey our foundational Constitution.

And a time when responsible residents must engage in candid civil dialogue at all public venues – school boards, water conservation districts, city councils, with state and federal legislators, and especially at our County Board of Supervisors meetings.

A time with a President whose Big Government agents are snatching up residents from American streets and transporting them to foreign imprisonment, deporting citizen children – all without the semblance of constitutional due process.

All to fulfill his insane views against foreigners and certain U.S. citizens alike.

I welcome being criticized for speaking out against the insanity of the convicted felon, and I encourage others to engage in meaningful dialogue.

Dialogue needed at a time that our county is preparing a budget unsure of what federal funds will be available, unsure of costs of goods as the Tariff King promotes insane tariffs against our State’s largest trading partners, Canada and Mexico.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman.

Roberto Reveles
